August 28,2012... CHALLENGE YOURSELF

Hello Everyone :)

I started my Fitness FB page :)
I'm so excited to get to help people achieve there goals. It means a lot to me when i hear people tell me i am there inspiration.
I have worked very hard to get to this point in my life.

 LIFE STORY time :)

In middle school i always had a weight issue and was so self conscious. I never did sports, i wanted to but i felt like i wasn't good enough. The beginning of High school i was that "fat kid". i decided during my Freshman year that i would try out for the Volleyball team for my Sophomore year of HS. WELL i worked my butt off during intramurals, threw up a couple times, ran so much i thought i was going to die. The day i made the team was amazing i saw my name on that list and wanted to cry... all my hard work payed off. During Sophomore year of HS i began getting really skinny from Volleyball which made me extremely happy, I couldn't believe it. Well at the end of the season my shoulder was killing me...i decided to try out again for junior year, but couldn't do it because of the pain. SO i skipped that year in doing sports. During one of my Junior classes this girl who was a cheerleader told me i should try out for my Senior year [i have always wanted to be a cheerleader] so i decided to go to intramurals and try out for the 2007-2008 Cheerleading Squad. During try-outs i ripped my hamstring [worst pain i have ever felt] right when it happened i was thinking "why did this have to happen right in the middle of the dance routine" i was so scared i wasn't going to make it, i worked so hard on everything, but they handed me my envelope and i got carried down the stairs [me crying] to my dads truck. We couldn't open them until we got in our cars. I MADE THE VARSITY TEAM!




My injury sucked and i had to be on crutches for 2 1/2 weeks. I still have problems with it now.
I was so excited to be on the squad... i worked my butt off all year too!
Well i graduated in 2008 and in 2009 i found out that i was pregnant and in January of 2010 i had my daughter. I started gaining weight from being a single mom and just going through a lot. I would just sit and eat.... I was becoming like the person that i never knew i would become again. It was very hard to look at myself, but i think i was in denial for thinking i ever looked good or pretty. in Late 2010 i got a job where my dad works and i never would have thought i would meet the man of my dreams , but i did.... I don't know why he ever dated me...looking back on how big i was...mind you he is super healthy and skinny...but i feel like he was brought into my life for a reason, to change my life in ways i thought were impossible.
I started reading, eating healthy, and working out. In the beginning it was so tough, but i made it through it :) and look at me today! Super healthy and very happy!
I am now becoming a BEACHBODY COACH!!!!





I LOVE helping people change there life! It makes me so happy to see them change as well into a happy, healthy person!!!

90 DAY CHALLENGE GROUP....

I am doing a 90 day challenge group. Which i will be helping coach women that want to become healthier and more fit.
This group has come along way, even though we only started last week. :)
I keep a journal and track them all along the way.
They are doing pretty fantastic... but the longer we go the harder its going to get.
Some are going to see awesome results, some are going to see results slower. All i can do is motivate them to keep going. Give them awesome recipes and great workouts. and i said if they ever wanted to come workout with me they are more than welcome too!

I want them to succeed. I want them to look in the Mirror and feel confident in themselves!

GREAT JOB LADIES!!!! :D You are doing an amazing job.

HELLO Everyone :)
I did a fantastic 1 hour workout in the gym today. and let me tell you it felt amazing.
My heart was RACING and i was sweating out all my bad toxins.
I was drinking Iced Water with lemon ALL day long. Which made me feel so much better.

I just cooked my meals for tomorrow & cut all my fruit.
I hope everyone's workout today was fantastic.

How is everyone doing today?
What did you all do for lunch? I am having a Whole wheat wrap . chicken . onions and avacodo with my Detox drink.
My Detox drink consists of Lemon,Mint,Cucumber and WATER!
If you havent yet tried it, its pretty amazing :) Its for cleaning out the toxins that are in your body.

I didnt work out this morning, but im about to workout after im done eating! its legs and butt day today!
I LOVE leg days!

My Journey From BIG to SMALL :]

57 Pounds LOST so far!!!



Through out this Journey i have lost 57 pounds and im starting to tone !
I dont plan on becoming a body builder but i want to look amazing, not only for myself but for my boyfriend who has motivated me more than anyone ever has. I will be updating this Fitness Blog everyday with healthy workouts and recipes. Follow me now! :)

Seeing changes...

I started noticing changes when my clothes started to fit more comfortable. I was so self concious about myself. Freddy made me feel so comfortable about myself. I started to not wear a sweater's anymore and let my arms show. It felt so good in the summer not wearing those things anymore. :)

My Motivations:


My BIG DAYS...



My name is Samantha this was me before my Journey of Eating healthy and working out daily.
I used to eat fast food all day everyday. I knew it was bad for me and it would make me gain weight BUT i didnt stop. In January 2010 i had my daughter and i gained weight all at the end of my pregnancy. After i had her i didnt think i looked to bad because i was in denial. In August 2010 i met the most amazing man in the whole entire world. Little did i know he would change my life for the better. In 2011 it finally hit me that i was overweight and it hurt, but you know what i did something about it! I started to eat really healthy and workout. I worked out really hard and i lost weight very very fast. It was nice to hear people say "Wow have you lost weight" or "You look so good"
My Boyfriend [Freddy] & I decided to try Vegetarian for awhile. It only lasted about 3 months. Im so glad that we are eating chicken again :] I want to help people and motivate people in making the right choice for there health.
