I am doing a 90 day challenge group. Which i will be helping coach women that want to become healthier and more fit.
This group has come along way, even though we only started last week. :)
I keep a journal and track them all along the way.
They are doing pretty fantastic... but the longer we go the harder its going to get.
Some are going to see awesome results, some are going to see results slower. All i can do is motivate them to keep going. Give them awesome recipes and great workouts. and i said if they ever wanted to come workout with me they are more than welcome too!
I want them to succeed. I want them to look in the Mirror and feel confident in themselves!
GREAT JOB LADIES!!!! :D You are doing an amazing job.
